程控閥是一種通過氣動、液動等方式驅(qū)動的切斷閥。該閥與DCS集散控制系統(tǒng)或PLC相連，實現(xiàn)計算機程序的遠程控制。廣泛應(yīng)用于甲醇裂解制氫、酒精干燥、氯乙烯濃縮回收、多晶硅尾氣回收、制氮、制氧、回收二氧化碳等變壓吸附氣體分離行業(yè)。程控閥是變壓吸附裝置的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備、是保證變壓吸附各工序順利完成和系統(tǒng)可靠運轉(zhuǎn)的重要部件。變壓吸附的主要工序有吸附、均壓、順放、逆放、沖洗等步驟，每一步工序的完成均是通過程控閥在一定時間的啟閉來實現(xiàn)。因而程控閥需要大量的頻繁動作，操作要求和性能均高于一般通用閥門。程控閥必須具備以下要求:
1、密封性能可靠、穩(wěn)定，閥門使用壽命長、即使頻繁動作及長時間使用仍無泄漏。
2、閥瓣具有防止流體沖刷、耐腐蝕的功能。
3、啟閉速度快，啟閉時間通常小于2秒
4、可靠的填料函密封。
5、具有閥位狀態(tài)現(xiàn)場指示和遠程傳送信號。
6、閥門可遠程控制。
7、維護方便。

Programmable control valves are cut-off valves driven by pneumatic or hydraulic means. These valves are connected to DCS distributed control systems or PLCs to achieve remote control through computer programs. They are widely used in industries such as methanol cracking for hydrogen production, alcohol drying, vinyl chloride concentration and recovery, multi-crystalline silicon tail gas recovery, nitrogen production, oxygen production, and carbon dioxide recovery through pressure swing adsorption gas separation. Programmable control valves are the key equipment of pressure swing adsorption systems and are important components to ensure the smooth completion of each process and the reliable operation of the system in industries such as pressure swing adsorption gas separation for hydrogen production, alcohol drying, vinyl chloride concentration and recovery, etc. The main processes of pressure swing adsorption include adsorption, pressure equalization, release in the forward direction, release in the reverse direction, and flushing. Each step is achieved through the opening and closing of the programmable control valve within a certain period of time. Therefore, programmable control valves require a large number of frequent actions, and the operation requirements and performance are higher than those of general general-purpose valves. Programmable control valves must meet the following requirements:
1. The sealing performance is reliable and stable, and the valve has a long service life. Even with frequent actions and long-term use, there will be no leakage.
2. The valve disc has the functions of preventing fluid erosion and resisting corrosion.
3. Fast opening and closing speed, with the opening and closing time usually less than 2 seconds.
4. Reliable stuffing box seal.
5. It has on-site indication of valve position status and remote transmission of signals.
6. The valve can be controlled remotely.
7. Easy to maintain.
