磁翻板液位計(jì)是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)液位顯示儀表。它是一種多功能儀表,是玻璃板(管)液位計(jì)的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。液位顯示部位寬、醒目、無顯示盲區(qū)、可遠(yuǎn)距離觀測(cè),使用過程中不會(huì)出現(xiàn)泄露現(xiàn)象。它既能實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)液位顯示,又能實(shí)現(xiàn)4-20mA遠(yuǎn)傳,并配有液位報(bào)警開關(guān)。適用于一﹑二﹑三類壓力容器及工藝過程控制的液位顯示,并可用于易燃、易爆和有毒環(huán)境中。
結(jié)構(gòu)原理:
BDCFZ現(xiàn)場(chǎng)顯示型磁翻板液位計(jì)主要有磁浮子、立管和指示器構(gòu)成,磁性浮子在立管內(nèi)與液位同步浮動(dòng),浮子中的磁鋼通過磁耦合作用驅(qū)動(dòng)指示器上的磁翻板同步轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)變換顏色,紅色顯示液相,白色顯示氣相,紅白界面就是容器內(nèi)的實(shí)際液位。
報(bào)警開關(guān)是磁浮子液位計(jì)專用的自保持型于簧管開關(guān),將其安裝在
磁浮子液位計(jì)的立管上相應(yīng)的報(bào)警位置。浮子隨液體上升和下降,感應(yīng)相應(yīng)的報(bào)警開關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)警控制。
遠(yuǎn)傳變送器是安裝在磁翻板液位計(jì)的立管上,由于浮子隨液位上下浮動(dòng)使干簧管繼電器對(duì)信號(hào)電阻進(jìn)行切換,隨變送器電路輸出與液位相應(yīng)的DC 4~20mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)。

The liquid level is displayed by the programmed control, and it can be used in flammable, explosive and toxic environments.
Structural principle:
The BDCFZ on-site display type magnetic flap level gauge is mainly composed of a magnetic float, a standpipe and an indicator. The magnetic float floats synchronously with the liquid level in the standpipe. The magnetic steel in the float drives the magnetic flap on the indicator to rotate synchronously and change colors. The red color indicates the liquid phase, the white color indicates the gas phase, and the red-white interface represents the actual liquid level in the container.
The alarm switch is a self-holding type spring tube switch specifically for magnetic float level gauges. It is installed at the corresponding alarm position on the standpipe of the magnetic float level gauge. As the float rises and falls with the liquid, it senses the corresponding alarm switch to achieve alarm control.
The remote transmission transmitter is installed on the standpipe of the magnetic flap level gauge. As the float floats up and down with the liquid level, the bimetal relay switches the signal resistance, and the output of the transmitter circuit changes accordingly to provide a DC 4-20mA standard signal corresponding to the liquid level.
